1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, accessing, or creating an account through the Service operated by Muralha Investario ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 2. Eligibility and Regulatory Scope

You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that your access to our algorithmic trading software complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and sanction regimes. Residents of jurisdictions where automated crypto trading or contracts for difference are prohibited may not use the Service.
3. Platform Description & No Financial Advice
Muralha Investario provides access to algorithmic analytics, high-frequency computational models, market monitoring tools, and automated order execution interfaces. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Muralha Investario is an educational and technological platform provider and is neither an investment advisor, wealth manager, registered broker-dealer, nor portfolio trustee.
- No data, statistical model, market indicator, or simulation published on this website constitutes personalised financial, legal, taxation, or investment advice.
- All automated trading triggers, scripts, and analytical outputs are executed on your behalf based upon rules selected and maintained at your sole discretion.
- Past simulated or live algorithmic performance does not guarantee future financial returns.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use advanced features of the platform, you may be required to register an account and connect supported third-party liquidity providers or exchange accounts via API keys. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and to update such information promptly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and API secret keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Muralha Investario solely for legitimate personal or internal business purposes. You explicitly agree not to:
- Engage in market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or abusive transactional practices;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or extract algorithmic source code belonging to Muralha Investario;
- Introduce malicious code, Trojan horses, automated bots, scrapers, or denial-of-service payloads against our infrastructure;
- Circumvent or tamper with security mechanisms, authentication systems, or rate-limiting protocols;
- Utilise the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any violation of international trade controls.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with the Service, including software interfaces, predictive algorithms, trademarks, design systems, visual assets, text, and proprietary code, remain the exclusive property of Muralha Investario or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence solely to access and use the platform in strict accordance with these Terms.
7. Third-Party Brokers and Service Integrations
Our software connects with independent third-party brokers, digital asset exchanges, and liquidity pools. Muralha Investario does not hold, custody, or manage client fiat currency or cryptocurrency deposits directly. We make no representations regarding the solvency, execution quality, or regulatory compliance of third-party exchanges. Your interactions with any external broker are governed entirely by that third party's separate terms of service and risk policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Muralha Investario, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including loss of profits, trading capital, data, goodwill, or operational downtime, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. In all cases, our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Muralha Investario for platform access during the three (3) months preceding the incident.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muralha Investario and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the trading algorithms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this Agreement.
11. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at our discretion. Substantive updates will take effect upon posting to this URL with an updated revision date. We may suspend or terminate your platform access without prior notice if you breach any term of this Agreement.
